selecting text

Sorry im new at this - im trying to do a script that installs some software and i need to be able to select location that it places the certificate into.

the list is in a different order on some PC's and entering the name as keystrokes of the one i want to highlight produces random results as it only takes the first letter entered

Is they any command that will select the right option in the list?
