bo8ster Posted July 15, 2010 Share Posted July 15, 2010 (edited) TaskKill and ProcessClose() will kill a process. A TID is different from a PID.Threads are managed internally within a process. There is no normal WinAPI function to kill threads as Windows does not see them (while they have their own stack they are still managed within the process).You can (and this is not done in AutoIt) programmaticly get a handle to a thread with a TID then kill it however this is not recommend.
