Have it type staff while you are on another full window?

Hello, i would like to know if theres a way to have autoit type something every x seconds to another window behind my main window.

In the window i want to type the staff there is a text box and if dont press anything else the cursor wont leave textbox so it wont need to redirect to the textbox to write again.

I also alt tab often so i wouldnt want alt-tab to affect the program if possible

So any ideas how i will do it so when i open program it will type staff in the textbox of this program and will still work even if i change window?
