.CSV file parse & modify help needed, please.

AutoIT geeks! Please help out with an AutoIT script.

Below is a small excerpt from a .CSV file that needs massaged the following way:

1. Delete all blank lines

2. Convert proprietary date format to lay person legible format (field 1 and field 15 below on every line), shown like this, e.g.: 050304 is actually 2005, March 04, to be converted to this: 03/04/2005.
