Can I set focus on desired item in a tree view

Hi..

I need to navigate through tree view console and stop at a desired item(it is dynamic)

Can I do this with Autoit?

my requirement is something like this:

I have a window with set items displayed(in tree view or normal list view)

now my cursor focus is on first item.

I'm navigating through list using arrow keys.

now, I need to stop when the desired item is found.

Can I automate this with Autoit???
