Hotkeyset with Section sign

I have a little Problem. How can I use the Section sign(§) for Hotkeys? I can Send it with Send("§"), but I can not capture a Hotkey.

For example, what is the problem in this Script?

HotKeySet("$", "hello")

"$" is actually "+4" on the keyboard, unless you happen to have a "$" key...
