zwierzak
Hello. I need your help - again :-( I'd like to code data read from input in MD5 and then save it into .ini file. And of course decrypt it and put into the Input. Is there any already made library for MD5(couldn't find anything). If so, could you give me an example script, please? trancexx
So, to summarize... you'd like to code data read from input in MD5 and then save it into .ini file. And of course decrypt it and put into the Input. Cool. What does it mean? ♡♡♡ . eMyvnE
Moderators Melba23 Posted October 15, 2010 Moderators Share Posted October 15, 2010 zwierzak,To the best of my knowledge, MD5 is a one-way hash function. That means that it produces a fixed length return regardless of the size of the input and therefore cannot be reversed. It is therefore not suitable for your requirements. Is there any already made library for MD5(couldn't find anything) Then you did not look very hard as the Crypt UDF is pretty easy to find. However, as I explained above, I would suggest looking at _Crypt_EncryptData and _Crypt_DecryptData rather than the MD5 based _Crypt_HashData.
