Need little help in running autoit inside other program

Hi.

I'm new here so first : Hi to all members

I have a little problem with autoit script.

It is a 'stand alone' script - it uses url's to work. I get a url and send a url.

But the problem is that I want to run the script inside program.

Is it very hard to change the script to work like that?

I probably need to inject it - but I'm not sure how many modifications I would need to get it to work.

Can anyone guide me to some tutorials or give some examples?
