how to extract the text between the tags with StringRegExp ?

Keeping it simple, this should do what you need or at least it should work with the code you posted

$sString = StringRegExpReplace(StringRegExpReplace($sStr, "(?is)<div.+?qdispctn\x22?.*?>(?:\v)*(.+?)</div>", "$1"), "(?i)<.*?br>", @LF)

It will however give you a leading white space that you can get rid of by using StringStripWS($sString, 1) and in fact you sould even nest the (already nested) expressions within that.

$sString = StringStripWS(StringRegExpReplace(StringRegExpReplace($sStr, "(?is)<div.+?qdispctn\x22?.*?>(?:\v)*(.+?)</div>", "$1"), "(?i)<.*?br>", @LF), 1)
