I forgot the name of it but there are several applications that help you find the value of the button pressed. you should Google it and play around with that, shouldn't be to hard.

Edit: I think you might be looking for is a joystick config utility, you usually need something like that when you have extra buttons on a mouse or you just got a new controller or something, I remember XP had a built in utility for this but I think your looking for the buttons hex value?

Google's your best friend in this case.
