SysListView32 controls?

Hi,

I am looking for a simple example that would allow

me to manipulate a window that contains: SysListView32 controls.

So to take a simple example could somebody give me (or tell me how)

to use "Computer Management under Administrative Tools" and manipulate a

user.

So for example bring up the properties of the "Guest" user. Now I want to be able to do this

via right clicking on the item and choosing "Properties". Please note I don't want to have

this selected via the Action menu. The reason for this is my actual application I want to only

has right click menus available for the ListView items.

So any help or preferably a sample would be great.
