Help with non-standard menu control (XTPToolBar)

I'm new to AutiIT and I'm having some problems with automating a GUI using AutoIt V3. I'm trying to interact with a GUI menu that uses XTPToolBar for the menu control. It appears to be a non-standard control. I need help with making the "&File\Convert to P&ictures" execute.
