Hotkey for opening a website.

I'm trying to make a hotkey that will open a website I already have running in a tab. I will be using this multiple times a day and I don't want multiple website tabs of the same website open, I would like for the hotkey just to go back into the website I have running. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanx
