rs232 not work on another PC (WinXP)

Hi

Serial communication work on one PC but not work on another!

Why?

I get blank Error message!

And at console this:

Make sure the serial dlls. are in the same folder.

Both folders and files in it are equal!

I get only blank message window with errors (with no error in it)....?!

I try to sniff with Portmon form sysinternals:

and on 1st PC all working OK!

But on 2nd PC (both PCs have WinXP) serial port initializing not working at all!

?
