I did both on the off chance that @wraithdu, while not currently active, may have e-mail notifications enabled for one, the other, or both. I also posted in this thread on the off chance another user either: a) has said .ini and .dlls, or b) is also interested in obtaining said files. You know what they say about assumptions, yes?
