mousewheel info

Hello,

search in forum some func about mousewheel. Find some interesting reading,

one over all this :

Have a question; i'm interested to monitoronly mousewheel up/down,

and mousewheel click. In the above example i can isolate these 3 function,

but mouse is 'jailed' into GUI.

How can i modify it, to obtain these info for all my desktop area?

i'm at job, sorry for silence.

I need to give my users the abilty to go into a flow,

that doesn't use central mouse button.

Our production program is very restrictive, but in this way

i can insert some command in this unused button (need to use mouse)
