Help w/ Remote install

I created (may have had help) a remote.exe to install Logmein on remote computers a couple of years ago.

Now, I need to update the passwords and Logmein's updated exe file.

I have the hyperlink on a website so a new user can click on the exe and install LMI.

As far as I can tell I only have the "exe" file uploaded to my site.

Can I update exe and is it something that can be explained to a "not so techie" type person?
