FTP a file over port 80

The network I am using only has port 80 and 443 open and I want to move a file out to an ftp server.

I am trying to determine if it is possible to send a file outbound over port 80 and to deliver to a FTP server on port 21?

I tried using the ftpsetproxy(0) and that did not seem to work via the Internet options proxy setup. Any ideas or scripts which may have already been developed?

Are you saying FTP won't work in IE using whatever proxy server you have set up in it?
