Key spam help/request

Hey there i would like some help with a key spam code. I want it to run an infinite loop

While 1
    Send("{NUMPAD1}")
WEnd

and be able to attach to a window process

To be more specifik. I'm playing world of warcraft and i'm trying something with alot of wow process (30 + ) I would like the key spammer to attach to the window process (Eventuaally read the char name if that is possible) and spam numpad 1
