Get state of a GDI drawing

When using _GDIPlus_GraphicsDrawImageRectRect and GUIRegisterMsg ( $WM_PAINT, '_WM_PAINT' ),

is there a _GDIPlus function for get drawing state's and avoid glitter of unnecessary redraw ?
