music when msg is on screen

hi guys

what im trying to do is in internet browser i have a page that pops up with messages and gives me extra text and stuff in the info panle

so what i need is a sound to play when i get a message pop up.

$vwintext = "" < need this to read the page and look to match $vtext

$vtext = "http://www.~~~~~~~~~~.aspx?messageid=~~~~~~"

i have

if $vtext = $vwintext Then

soundplay ('C:\Music.mp3',1)

EndIf

and to keep it running so it will do this every time a message pops up
