I am using the ControlListView to obtain the value of the data on a grid. In Windows XP it works fine but in Windows 7 it returns blank values always. Is this a known issue?

#include <GuiListView.au3>

#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>

$iCnt = 0

For $i = 0 To 53

WinActivate ("StmtViewer", "")

$Check = int(ControlListView("StmtViewer","",512,"GetText", ($iCnt +1), 0))

If $Check = 0 Then

Terminate()

EndIf

.

...

............

.......................

$Check is always 0 as the ControlListView is always coming back blank.

Upon reading it seems the ControlListView does not work on 64bit OS... any work arounds?

That thread you posted in doesn't say that, it says that a 32bit app may not be able to read from a 64 bit app and vice versa. So, if you're running the script on a 64bit machine, compile it as a 64bit app and see if that works for you. Or try running it with the AutoIt3_x64.exe program to test it.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

I have had no issues with ControlListView on 32bit or 64bit machines

EDITED: I ran this same code against a list view of mine and it returns a number for $check when i use MsgBox(0,"",$check). This is on a Win7 x64 machine
