Notify, basic and simplest notification tool

Using AutoIt, and thanks to StringSize code from Melba23, I've done a small tool that shows a tooltip and can react to click, close and timeout, launching any command.

Like it , nice and simple to use, only thing missing is not being able to set where it appears, x,y co-ordinates
