XP - how to detect which ODD's are DVD capable..need help..

I have this working via WMI in vista+ because mediatype is enough to allow me to detect if its DVD capable or not but in XP the mediatype is only specified as CDROM.

I cant find a way to figure out on XP which drives are DVD ones...nothing in registry seems to be any differentiating .. that I could find and WMI doesnt seem to hold anything unique for DVD drives either =/

I need basically it to enumerate all ODD's and figure out if they can read DVD's and if so spit out there trays(the easy part) .. lol

If anyone has some ideas that would be great!
