Waiting for a color to be present at a certain co-ordinate

I have a script that Im waiting for a certain color to be present at a certain co-ordinate

My script currently uses

do
Until PixelGetColor (297,205) = 0xFFFFFF
Sleep (500)
Mouseclick "left",86,150,1,20)

Is this the best way to wait for White to be present?

I thought I could do it with While PixelGetColor but I cant find the right code to use.

You should put a sleep(10) in between the Do and Until otherwise the script is going to slow your computer down. It should work the way you want it with the Do Until loop though.
