DavidSykes Posted February 1, 2012 Share Posted February 1, 2012 I have created an ordinary window with coloured background :- $FMain = GUICreate($PROG_TITLE, $FmainWidth, $FmainHeight) GUISetBkColor(0x0F687A) and inserted a system AVI with default transparency :- Local $hAVI = _GUICtrlAVI_Create($FMain,@SystemDir & "\shell32.dll", 168, 20,50) The result is not transparent, it sets avi background colour to the parent window's default colour before the new colour was set.
