rcmaehl Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 Okay, I have a jar archive (More specifically minecraft.jar) that I want to add, replace existing files, and delete a folder (META-INF more specifically). Would the ZIP UDF by wraithdu work or would I have to use something else? If I do need something other than the ZIP UDF then what is it? P.S. I know there's 500 million existing minecraft mod installers, don't bug me about it. I need to make a streamlined GUI-Less that will download and install only two certain mods and have no other usage other than installing those 2 certain mods when executed. I've heard enough sass from the minecraft modding community. </rant> My UDFs are generally for me. If they aren't updated for a while, it means I'm not using them myself. As soon as I start using them again, they'll get updated. My Projects WhyNotWin11Cisco Finesse, Github, IRC UDF, WindowEx UDF
jvanegmond Posted February 14, 2012 Posted February 14, 2012 A .jar is a simple zip file. Nothing special. Not rar, not gzip, not 7z. You can unzip and zip this with any regular zip program. This includes the ZIP UDF by wraithdu. github.com/jvanegmond
rcmaehl Posted February 14, 2012 Author Posted February 14, 2012 Okay, just making sure. It's been a while since I've coded an autoit script as I've been busy learning more python. My UDFs are generally for me. If they aren't updated for a while, it means I'm not using them myself. As soon as I start using them again, they'll get updated. My Projects WhyNotWin11Cisco Finesse, Github, IRC UDF, WindowEx UDF
