Champak
I'd like to change the brightness of the screen. Either with an api, or a gui that I could mess with the transparency but always click through. I have no idea how to do this. I know there is an api out there that gives interaction with the brightness, but I don't know how to expose it. I can make a gui transparent and click through it, but once I start making it a little bit opaque all bets are off. Any ideas/help? Thanks. stormbreaker
Greetings. May be you could take a look at: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa372703(v=VS.85).aspx and http://www.nirsoft.net/vc/change_screen_brightness.html.EDIT:You can try out GetDeviceGammaRamp and SetDeviceGamaRamp in Yashied's WinAPIEx UDF.Regards Edited March 29, 2012 by MKISH ---------------------------------------- :bye: Hey there, was I helpful? ---------------------------------------- My Current OS: Win8 PRO (64-bit); Current AutoIt Version: v3.3.8.
