I need a GUI script..

That will list the contents of a folder (Prefer to call it as scriptname.exe c:\folder with icons in it)

The purpose of this script is to provide a "locked down" instance of a browsable folder..

Where users could then click the icons inside and it would launch the application accordingly

(Ever since IE 8 did away with the -E option I don't have this ability anymore..

I'm willing to pay...
