Gui resize ??

Good evening, then I expose my problem.

I have developed a program with KODA and I have given a sizing of GUI around 1200 px, I now who commissioned the work tells me that his PC has a resolution of 1024 px.

Now how do I adjust the size of the window without damaging the tabs of the GUI buttons and labels. (and without having to redesign?)

There 'a chance to make the window fit itself to the screen resolution?

Another problem is that on a pc where the resolution is 1366 and so the interface is fine, but I have to 'prevent the user me enlarge to full screen, otherwise the tabs are lost.
