using Autoit in Matlab

Hi, I'm trying to call the Autoit>Window_info.exe from Matlab, to get the Information of the window with focus. Sometime it works, that means, i could get a file naming with 'windowtitle.txt', in which there are informations of the window. For exsample, for a 'save-file-Dialog' i should get a txt-File naming with 'Save as.txt', and in the file are:

Title: Save as

Position: 519 204

Size: 563 419

Handle: 0x007B0676

But sometimes it doesn't work. Sometimes i could only get a empty file, naming with only windowtitle, without '.txt'. Does anybody kown why?

Please help me out of this problem. Thanks a lot.
