Guest mindracing Posted July 29, 2005 Posted July 29, 2005 I just discovered AutoIt today and my mind is full of possibilities. A great piece of work. I need some help to get started on my first script. I want to get a keyboard input and generate a mouse click. IF (specific keyboard input) Then (Left click the mouse here once). I've been playing with the Hotkey and Mouseclick functions and can't get them to do what I need. Once I get this I'll be up and running with the rest of it. All help appreciated. TIA
JSThePatriot Posted July 29, 2005 Posted July 29, 2005 Run a search on the forums for a UDF (user defined function) called _IsPressed(). It should help you on your way. If you have any questions about the actual code please feel free to post the code section you are having trouble with and we will be more than happy to help. @anyone reading this... Someone needs to get permission from Ezzetabi and get his included in the UDF library. I may do it myself, but it would make it easier.
