Getting the image that is being used as the cursor

Hey everyone!

I'm trying to find a way that I can read the image that is being used as the cursor- either the path to the image or the checksum of the image would be best.

I found when I searched, but it appears that this DLL is no longer available anywhere- any suggestions, anyone?
