LOL Thanks very much for this, I have thousands of images to convert and as you could probably gather it would take an age.. I think I already mentioned this but remember that it's probably best to address the converter by e.g. @scriptDir & "\raw2bmp.exe" as such:runWait(@scriptDir & '\raw2bmp.exe "' & $file & '"')and to use the $path variable wherever you need to as you won't be sure of what folder you're in.All the best!
