Koder Posted August 1, 2005 Posted August 1, 2005 AutoIt can load DLL's and make use of the functions therein right? So has anyone ever tried loading a DLL from a testing tool like WinRunner?
BigDaddyO Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 I don't know about winRunner but Quick Test Pro has a help file on how to automate launching QTP and starting tests. Of course it's written so you can use it in VBScript but you can modify it to work with AutoIT. I can only assume LoadRunner has the same.
Koder Posted August 4, 2005 Author Posted August 4, 2005 If I can dig up some DLL's I'll give it a try. I would like to get WinRunner screen text recognition working in AutoIt...
wilsonmar Posted December 3, 2008 Posted December 3, 2008 I wrote an autoit script to setup LoadRunner Controller run-time scenarios athttp://wilsonmar.com/loadrunner_run_metrics_autoit.htmIt has logic to work at various screen resolution sizes (1024x768, 1280x1024, etc.)But it's incomplete until I can figure out how to resolve the script's inability to recognize some pop-up dialogs.- WilsonAutoIt can load DLL's and make use of the functions therein right? So has anyone ever tried loading a DLL from a testing tool like WinRunner?
