raijinlee, have you done a search of the forum? There are a number of topics regarding blocking mouse input. This one doesn't specifically speak to blocking it only for one window, but should give you something to start with.

You probably could just use mouse move to do what you want.

There is also blockinput() but I am guessing that is not what you want.
