Progress bar

Hi,

I want to make a progress bar that will tell the user what the script is doing based on where the script is.

I'll try to explane:

1. When the script begins, the username is verified, I want the progress bar to start and say "Verifing User".

2. openning a IE website. the progress bar must say another thing..

and so on...

How do I do this?

Search the forum, as progress bars are a pretty common topic. A quick search of progress bar returned hundreds of topics.
