FF set value?

Just started working with firefox and got some problem. How to set value?

For example i need get obj which is http://www.w3schools.com/html5/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml5_video_bear id, class or name. and then set value, _FFsetvalue? Could find how to do that as ff changes from ie.

Tried _FFObjGet, _FFObj,_FFObjGet

Seems that

_FFsetvalue works pretty good. But other things, everytime I open/start firefox it also opens http://www.4242.com/ site where is chinese things lol.
