Select a folder from in a screen

Hi All ,

i am new to Autoit . i want to select a folder from the screen and located it . when i use the recording tool , it is selecting it through the mouseclick and defining the co-ordinates . i want to get them selected through some Class/ID/text , not by the x,y co-ordinates . i have tried controlclick and controlFocus , but its failing to select .

I used the following code to select a folder "auto" in "Random" file location . Please check the screenshot once .

Winwaitactive"Random")

ControlClick("Random" , "auto" , "[CLASS:DirectUIHWND; INSTANCE:3]")

will this select the "auto" folder present ?? Is my approach correct ?
