BrewManNH
First, please post your code between autoit code tags, add [ autoit] before and [ /autoit] after it (remove the spaces after the first "["). Second, ProgressOn is designed to only let you create a popup window with a progress bar on it. You'd need to add a GUICtrlCreateProgress control to your GUI code, see the help file for how it works. You don't need the ProgressOn function. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day. The progress bar is on the form, but doesnt "Progress" if you will/ It does not seem to respond to the same commands that ProgressOn does

wisem2540
^|________ > Help FileWhile I do apreciate your assistance, the help file isnt really making things any clearer. The best I can come up with is that I need to do a GUIctrlsetdata command. I was able to find my control ID (3) but the data switch after makes no sense
BrewManNH
Did you look at the example script for that function? You basically need to set the progressbar with a number from 1 to 100 using GUICtrlSetData, the example sets it by the variable $i in the Do/Until loop.
