DickG
Is it possible to get SciTE to display syntax highlighting when it opens .bak files? If I want to view a .bak file of a .au3 or .ini file, it doesn't show the highlighting like it does for the original file, so it's hard to find and compare things. I couldn't find any info on this in the SciTE Help file or this forum. Dick

BrewManNH
One way is to use the menu Language and select AutoIt3, or press SHIFT-F12 after the file is loaded. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day.
