need help checking boxes

I have a question, I've been trying to make a code to register an account at this link:

I made a suscessful script using send("{TAB}") and send($username) and suchinformation but I cannot get the _IEFormElementCheckBoxSelect to automatically check the checkbox to accept terms of service. Also would it be possible to fill out the input boxes as well with a function instead of using ("{TAB}") and send($info)? Any help is highly appreciated thank you

UPDATE: I was able to get the checkbox to get checked but I'm still not sure where to start to get it to automatically send information to text inputs
