Pixel search for minimized/inactive window

I have very little experience with pixel search and you may be right regarding the DPI of an image. When I find some time I can try to compare the pixels within the captured window...

I searched, here is what I want:

1.take a screenshot of the minimized window every 100ms

2. use the PixelSearch function to return the x y coordinate of a specified color

3. use that coordinates to be able to send a mouse click

all of that will be used without showing the window. Is it possible?
