Kappa
I have a problem. I use FileOpenDialog and I insert multiple groups that can be selected. I would like to know which one is chosen. I tried to bind the variable to _PathSplit, see the extension and associate multiple arrays in all possible extensions. The problem is that an element is in both arrays. So I can not use this approach. Is there a way to see WHICH choice is selected?
Moderators Melba23 Posted January 24, 2013 Moderators Share Posted January 24, 2013 Kappa,Can you be more specific about the "an element is in both arrays" comment. Which arrays and which element? Surely you can just parse the returned filename for the extension - that is what I have done in the past. Kappa
As you can see, in both $Clip and $Sound are present in the extension .mp4. How do I?-- Edited January 24, 2013 by Kappa
Moderators Melba23 Posted January 24, 2013 Moderators Share Posted January 24, 2013 Kappa, I do not believe that you can discriminate the return value directly in that case. Is there some difference in the file header data between audio and video mp4 files that you could look for?
