How to get permissions informations of a Windows folder?

Hey guys,

I'm trying to find a way to easily get a windows folder permissions informations, in other words, a list of the permissions (read, write, list,...) that every user or group have on this folder.

I've been looking to but I can't figure out how can I use it or if it can do it

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are many solutions, without further explanations what your task looks like, it's hard to guess, what your needs are.

Anyway, you might want to take a look at Helge Klein's freeware tool "setacl.exe" and especially the FAQ and examples on his web site. When you have to handle right's settings, no matter what tool / function you finally will use, it's worth reading through those pages.
