Deleting One Specific File in Temporary Internet Files Folder

Thanks for your help I tried that and it still does not delete the file.

THat is because ,The FIle is hidden

You have to First Go to Option and Show all Hidden FIles and folder,And when they get visible ,Go to Folder properties then Uncheck hidden

Then it shall work!!!
