Nessie
If you have an autoincremental key, named for example P_Id, you can do something like that: SELECT * FROM my_table WHERE P_Id = 5 Hi! jchd
Beware that your question has no definite answer as it is stated. SQL has no concept of default ordering, so that "line number 5" has no meaning at all. What show at "line number 5" only depends on the ordering you specified in the query and lacking an order by clause, SQL is entitled to deliver rows in whatever crazy order it chooses at runtime. Without an order by clause, SQL may very well return rows in different order for successive runs of the exact same query even if no other activity is taking place on the database during this time. The short answer to your question is "the same query you would use in MySQL".
