need help

i want to make a choice of a folder with a treeview, where the folders of your drives are in... such like the choice of the destination folder, when you install something...

f.e.:

Please choose a destination Folder:

+C:
-D:
  folder x
  folder y
  folder z

but i don't know how i could do this...
