What it does is for example, get a screenshot of your fav game, run picturematch and you can get the coords right off the picture without having to run the game, downsize, write down coords, resize, repeat over and over(very agonizing). It also gets the color under the mouse and copies all the info to clipboard so you can easily apply it to your script...
