IEloadWait returns and html still downloading?

Hello,

I seem to have to put sleep waits after IEloadWait's in order to retrieve Objects and Tag names, without the sleep, the retrievals fail.  I scanned the forum with searches but found nothing about this.  I figure I must be doing something very basic wrong!  Could someone help here please - I am slowing my script down unnecessarily using these sleep statements.
